Healthy eating has always been an absolute priority for my family and I. We go to great lengths to ensure that our food is organic and prepared in a way that retains all the healthy nutrition and goodness of the food.
Dehydration is a process that I now wish to introduce to the repertoire of our food preparation, to once again ensure that we retain the health giving vitamins and minerals contained in the food, and also to enable us to store the food during the long cold winters. I have developed so many food sensitivities. So the Raw Food diet has proved the perfect answer. This dehydrator would help me to make more recipes to help my body deal with all my food sensitivities. Thanks for this chance.
