    Hi,

My husband and I are newly plant-based eaters. Due to his diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and my IBS and family history of diabetes and heart disease, we decided it was time for a change. We tried to change our diet before and thought we were doing very well, but did not see any improvement. After only a couple of weeks on a plant-based food program, my husband and I have seen drastic changes, including having his blood sugar now in control, and normalized blood pressure. We can’t get over how quickly we have seen the great effects, and want to learn more. This course would help me fulfil a desire to learn the proper skills so that I can improve my culinary skills at home, teach others, and hopefully one day become a chef specializing in plant-based foods.

    Hi
We are a vegetarian family of 4, including a teenager with heart issues. I truly believe having eaten in this manner has made a difference in his health. To be absolutely honest I’ve had food idea burn out for awhile. This course would definitely help me make things more interesting, and continue teaching my boys a better way to eat.
Thanks so much for the opportunity 🙂

I love learning in the kitchen, and am constantly looking to expand my skills, try new techniques, and hone my talents. I am also insanely curious and constantly trying new flavour profiles, ‘mouthfeel’ dishes, and exploring global cuisine. It is on my “living list” to attend the National Gourmet Institute in NY, to achieve some of my culinary aspirations. I have looked at Rouxbe in the past, and am seriously thinking a ‘pre-NGI’ course would be warranted. A food activist, I am also very much interested in hosting cooking demos, classes, and (yummy) education events to teach people about the wide breadth of vegan cuisine. I am a high-raw eater as well, and to incorporate those elements into the whole learning process would be amazing! You can never learn it all in the kitchen, and the online courses are a fantastic way to start. Thank you very much for hosting such a generous giveaway!

This is amazing. The more courses we have to teach us about health, the better the world can know the tips and tricks to healthy cooking and living. Hi, I’m Hagit a nutritionist and a chef. I heal people through medicine from our food that we grow and buy for best from the farmers market or at any organic markets. I would love to win this oxides and learn more to heal as many people as I can from cancer, leaky gut syndromes and much more of what people are going through with their health. It would be a pleasure to take this to the next step. I love flavors and creation for people to enjoy their greens. I build the foundation of health to the right type of sauce and seasonings. I would be honoured to be part of and share the health from food to the world. With the help of RAWMAZING.
    Thank you

Nutrition is my passion! “The China Study” was the most enlightening book I’ve read on eating & health. Last year it was time to align my passion with a new career and attended the Graff Academy in Atlanta, Ga. to become a raw food chef. Since then I’ve learned our bodies absorb more nutrients from cooked vegetables. Although I love raw food cuisine, I’ve recently learned our bodies absorb more nutrients from cooked vegetables (most vegetables). Therefore, I’d now like to focus on plant based nutrition/cooking and combine the two for the best health and nutrition. My goal is to have my own business (food truck, coffee shop/cafe, etc.) to share how delicious plants are to eat.
