Great Links
I come across great links and sites often. I would like to share a few of my favorites. When creating raw food recipes, I am often looking for balance. Knowing nutritional information of the foods we are eating, and how to find the best foods becomes an important goal. Here are some articles and sites that I think you can get some value out of.
1. Food Matters, a great website that I have talked about before has a great article on Organic Foods on a Budget here: Food Matters
2. Looking for the Nutritional information of a specific food including how complete of a protein it is? Here you go: Nutrition Facts
3. Wanting to know the health benefits of certain foods? Check out: Whole Foods

Thank you.
A few other great sites: up -to-date health information – http://www.mercola.com and
raw food t.v. – http://www.renegadehealth.com.
Both of these sites provide a tremendous amount of information and have been really useful for me.
