Beautiful presentation. I’m currently writing a book called the Vintage Vegan Tea Party. I am including several of my recipes for canapes and tea sandwiches. I love your creative ideas. I actually have a raw beet canape recipe I make with pecans and nectarines. I also soak cashews to make cheese. The secret of nutritional yeast indeeds makes for a creamier spread. Thanks.

Hi Susan, I have all your recipe books and I just love them and constantly using them. I was wondering if you will be puting out another cook book any time soon , if so let me know as soon as it comes out because I want it right away. I have many many raw cooking books but yours beat them all! My husband and I have now been into raw recipes since about 2 years now using organic products always and juicing as well and we have had a major heath turn over. ESPECIALLY my husband who has liver cancer and the specialist say it is a miracle that he has lesions that are diminishing with out any chemo or an other treatment , or liver transplant! Thank you for your great recipes and please keep them coming….Susan you are a greatpart of our successful health turn over and I wanted to share it with you!
Thank you , sincerely yours Angie xxx

What a beautiful selection of little bites! I would love to entertain more but never seem to get my act together enough to do it. I can’t wait for stone fruit season to make those dried cherry pepper cracker canapés.
