    I’m excited to try these recipes. I have a question though. In the Nut Cheese and Fine Garlic and Fine Herbs recipe, what are the “fine herbs”? Look forward to any response!

      Fine Herbs are a traditional French combination of herbs. Parsley, chives, tarragon and chervil, in equal parts.
