These look DELISH, Vibrant and Inviting, Perfect compliment to my daily juicing and smoothies, so the only challenge I have is having food that excites me enough to want to eat it

My biggest hurdle to eating a high raw diet (my healthy diet of choice) is finding savory recipes. There seems to be an abundance of desserts and sweet treats (which is great, don’t get me wrong) but I need to know what I can eat for dinner. Salad just doesn’t cut it some days and I’d like something a little more exciting!

My biggest challenge sadly remains my binge eating disorder.

My challenge to eating good foods is that I have MS and always feel tired. This is a vicious cycle as to feel better I need to change my habits and put in the preparation and work. I believe food is the only answer and the best medicine because Pharmaceuticals certainly cannot help with this disease.

I find healthy eating easy enough at home. In fact I think healthy meals have so much more colour and flavor than unhealthy, ready-made, processed foods. My biggest struggle is eating out and socializing with friends. Its really hard to juggle keeping in contact with friends while trying to eat the best food I can. That and you generally have to pay more for healthier food so it gets expensive when you are trying to be good when out!

The greatest challenge facing a vegan like myself is to stay away from the donuts! Rawmazing recipes have seriously helped my habits to improved (as well as my waistline and skin!).

I love this site. I have made so many of the delicious recipes from here and I have loved every one of them. Not a total raw vegan, but thanks to these recipes I am having about three raw vegan days a week now, the others just vegetarian, but I’m working on that.

    Thank you

I eat very healthily most of the time, however, my biggest challenge, when I am most likely to deviate is snacks in between meals. I am the type of person who enjoys eating regularly throughout day (3 meals and 2 snacks) and find this suits me best for optimal energy and mood. However, I know that it is vitally important for me to get organised and make and prepare snacks ahead of time as when I feel hungry and need something quickly this is when I am most likely to grab something ‘naughty’ if I don’t have anything healthy on hand. I tend to make bulk snacks on the weekend to get me through the busy week and find this works best for me. Love your philosophy, recipes and website! Thanks for everything x

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is finding dishes to make that are flavorful and finding a variety of healthy dishes to make that do not aggravate other medical challenges (i.e. GERD and Diabetes)
