All you have to do to enter is write one sentence in the comments stating your biggest challenge to eating healthy. And if you don’t have any challenges, you can say that, too! Only one entry per person. If you have never commented here before, it will take a bit for your comment to appear. Make sure you only enter once.

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is my boyfriend and my children. They consider my way of eating bland and boring. They are very supportive of the way I eat, but don’t subscribe to it themselves. Therefore, I would love to find recipes that are simple and full of flavor and appealing to my children and my meat-eating boyfriend.

My biggest challenge is feeding my two girls (2 and 4). They are picky eaters and don’t like to try new things. But, we are slowly getting there!

My biggest challenge is when I am out with my friends or somewhere socially because it is hard to find a healthy alternative to eat in a restaurant or place where I study so I have to prepare everything for myself.

My biggest challenge to eating healthy is time.
As a full-time working wife with a full-time working husband, we get home and neither of us have the energy to cook, nor do I have much time to plan menus and shopping lists like I used to.

My biggest challenge to remaining a raw vegan is cheese! I would’ve guessed sugar would be the hardest thing to give up but when I start craving something, it’s cheese.

My biggest challange at present is helping my husband through his stage 3 cancer chemotherapy treatment. Choosing diets rich in protein, fat and carbohydrates for his current situation is tough. He is unable to eat anything tough or chewy, so smoothies and soups are the best options, but these are not satisfying his requirement of getting a variety which proves difficult.
