A very good friend just gave me your book Rawmazing…I loved it, I became a vegan 6 years ago, but I became very week and had dizzy spells. I started to eat mainly fish like salmon and felt stronger. After I saw a movie that showed how detrimental meat and animal products are to our health I made the decision to become a vegan again but this time for good. I have been vegan for a couple of years now and I love it. I am amazed at your recipes with the absence of cheese, butter, cream etc. I can’t wait to try all your creations. My food is very plain and I would like to add some more variety and flavor to it. I mainly eat 80 to 90 percent RAW foods, and either rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, in other words grains that are cooked, no cans or packaged foods, I did away with that a long time ago. I wonder if you can help me …I’m having low sugar issues, years ago I did a hypoglycemic diet and corrected the situation right away and never had problems again until I became a vegan. I basically consists of meals every 3 to 4 hours with a combination of things like a piece of cheese, an apple, and half a piece of bread, so small meals spaced though the day so they were 6 meals from 6AM to 9PM. I don’t know how to convert that to vegan.
Have you have any experience with this kind of thing? or some hints of ideas that I can use for this purpose.
You know a doctor does not care what we eat as long as we take the pills prescribed and I like natural.

A suggestion to Kirsten re ebooks. My suggestion to my students is to just print stuff out (or write it out).
I also prefer hard copy. Have you considered printing the books up yourself. Black & white is probably sufficient. It will cost you a little extra but probably not more than what it might be to buy a good recipe book.

Have you considered making print versions of all the books available through a self-publisher like lulu.com? I am pretty sure they have no print minimum and do a print on demand system. I am becoming very interested in raw food and from everything I have seen, you have by far the best recipes out of any of the raw foodists out there. I am going to have my husband buy me hard copies of the two books you have available now for Christmas, and I would love to have the rest but I am not big on ebooks-only, especially when I am cooking (I don’t want to keep my tablet in the kitchen and keep having to hit the on button and type in my pin to wake it back up). I would really love to know if and when you get th rest of your books in print. And I love your website! Thanks for sharing!

It is not cost effective to use Lulu. I have used Create Space for two of my books but once again, it is very expensive and they have a 145 page limit. Unfortunately it isn’t as easy as it seems. I may combine a couple at some point. Cheers!

You do a great job of creating delicious recipes and they are so beautiful. I am just getting started, so have only tried a few (mainly desserts)–Hazelnut chocolate mousse being one of them–YUM! Do I need to have a dehydrator to get started with the Rawmazing Transitional Recipes? Thank you!
