I just started on the raw food journey and a dehydrator would be an amazing addition to my raw kitchen! I have always loved bread and chips and lots of “bad” foods, and with a dehydrator I could make my own healthy versions and so much more.

I would love to have a stainless steel dehydrator like the ones used by Russell James and at 105degrees in Oklahoma City) – I could get serious about prepping dried foods ahead of time on a larger scale than I am able to presently. A commercial dehydrator such as this TSM would make a significant difference in time management and organization of preparing my living foods.

Because we all need a little bit of warmth (so long as it’s under 118degrees!)

Hi. About 6 months ago I was experiencing painful symptoms in my stomach. I didn’t know what was wrong. I would go to doctors. They would tell me I am fine. I would ask them to help me. They would offer antibiotics, anti anxiety medications, and sometimes, if I was lucky, hundreds of dollars worth of medical bills for tests that would not tell me anything. Then I took matters into my own hands. I kept a food diary. I watched Food Matters. I listened to other friends going raw and eliminating non organic foods. And I eliminated gluten, which was the main solution. I have felt amazing since then. I have also lost 10 lbs. that was there unnecessarily. This has created an overall simplicity in my life. I am getting rid of excess toxic energy. The dehydrator would help me continue my gluten free and happy journey!!

I would love this food dehydrator. Being in college, it is not always easy to find healthy snacking food. With a dehydrator, I would be able to dehydrate my favorite fruits so that I always have something yummy and healthy to bring to the library with me.

Using a dehydrator helps me choose to “cook” in harmony and partnership with the environment we all share. It helps me create the meals and diet that nourish me and my soon to be husband. We do not have our own dehydrator yet and would love one as a wedding gift 🙂 We are getting married on 12/21/10 – just a few short weeks away.

WOW…a diabetic friend of mine who has just gone on disability would benefit immensely from this. Good luck to everyone; this is an AMAZING prize!

I would love to win this dehydrator because if I am going to get a dehydrator, then I want to get the best quality I can.
