I have and use my 4 drawer Excaliber all the time. I would like to have a bigger unit now. I don’t particularly like that there’s no on/off switch on the model I have. I would also like to some something that’s made of stainless steel, rather than plastic.

A dehydrator is such an essential part of a raw food diet. I love the food grade stainless steel construction and quiet as a whisper…well that’s the icing!!

I would love to win this dehydrator because it would help complete my “raw” kitchen. I have been wanting a quality dehydrator but just haven’t wanted to spend the money.

I would love to win this dehydrator to prove what an over priced and over rated unit the Excalibur is. Not well designed or well built. For that kind of money it should have a digital thermometer and timer. No excuse for not having those at this point.
