Brrr. It is so wet and cold here in the rainy Northwest. The days are short and I’ve slipped out of raw. My days of juice and summer salads are a distant memory. The kids want soup and cocoa, and baked delights. Could I make delicious treats for them, a hearty bread, in this fancy dehydrator? I think I could….

I would love to have a dehydrator to continue on with my rawfoods lifestyle I keep toying with. Just today I was thinking if I had a dehydrator I could make kale chips which I have never had but seem to have a craving for…weird they sound good and it would be really fun to win and experiment with all the things I could create.

Why wouldn’t I want. The more fun raw food I can make, the more fun I get to have. Plus it’s more awesome goodies for all my friends to try. I’m excited for who ever wins! Peace

I would love a dehydrator to liven up my raw journey. It’s been good but a little bland. I love what you do to make the best raw dishes without too much effort.

Well, seeing as it’s my birthday today, it would be the most useful present I’ve ever received. I have long coveted a dehydrator but as an often-broke university student, am currently unable to afford such a luxury. I’ve recently become interested in raw food recipes as I am extremely sensitive to additives and pesticides, therefore a dehydrator would be the perfect way to control and complement my diet. My partner and I love fruit leathers but more importantly, I want to try my hand at preserving fruits and vegetables for year-round consumption.

I have been trying to be at least 80% raw, summers are a bit easier but winters are very difficult, I have loads of recipes that require a dehydrator which unfortunately I do not have so at times I just bake in the oven or just not make it. You have alot of recipes I would love to try with a dehydartor, like your crackers and spinach and mushroom tart. Luisa

Im starting a raw food business and have taken the initial steps to manifest that dream so i can contribute to my community in a healthy fabulous way. The first steps are done (recipes, local law regulations, etc). I am now saving for the necessary kitchen supplies. Farmers markets are the first area i wish to start, then create a network of like minded raw foodists n open a coop for healthy raw and inexpensive connection to local raw delicacies. Maybe one day go to raw culinary school and open a raw restaurAnt. Manifest destiny!
