Have been pondering for ages about getting a dehydrator, it would open up a whole new level of raw cuisine. The variety of things you can make in them is so inspiring!

I am interested in this dehydrator because my friend let me borrow hers, got me hooked on raw foods and is now hijacking it back! Aaaa! I am a full time volunteer/student/mother and don’t want to sell blood for a new dehydrator~ 🙂

My current stumbling block to being completely raw is that I don’t always have time to buy and prep fresh produce. The ability to dehydrate foods ahead of time for the days I don’t have much meal prep time would be great! Thank you!

I am just getting started trying to eat raw. I am a single mom with two kids and we love to experiment with food prep. We are members of two local CSA’s and this dehydrator would help us use our food more wisely. Unless we win this dehydrator, it will be quite a while before we can afford one. Thank you!
