Winning the dehydrator would jump start me and my family into going raw. I have 2 sons with Crohn’s Disease and I am convinced that a raw food diet is the best for them. Fingers are crossed!!!

My husband and I are easing into a mostly-vegan lifestyle, and a dehydrator would help us make some of our favorite recipes at home.

I’d love to have a dehydrator! I teach raw food cooking classes to help people learn how to increase the amount of healthy foods in their diet in a delicious and gourmet way! I think being able to make dehydrated goods would really show people just how great adding more raw raw into their diet can be 🙂

I’ve wanted a dehydrator for quite awhile now, but just wasn’t able to spend the money on a good one.. Now I have a 1 year old son who loves all the new foods we’re introducing, but of course, he especially loves cheerios! I would start making some healthy raw-vegan crackers and fruit snacks that he’ll actually be getting some nutrition from! btw, thanks for all the yummy recipes and raw-food advice 🙂

I’d love to eat healthy food and the recipes I really fancy need one dehydrator, so that would really help get me back on track!

1 January sees me commence Vegan Rehab….in all aspects of my life. Eating seasonally goes hand in hand with that, so I’d love to be able to dehydrate fruits in season so I can use them later on….eg watermelon in winter! Oh, and also – kale and flax crackers, and umpteen other recipes in my ever-growing un-cookbook collection 🙂 thanks.

Hub and I are transitioning from a vegetarian to a vegan to a raw vegan diet. We have a 35 year old dehydrator that belonged to my parents. It is impossible to calibrate to get the proper temps. It’s been a real guessing game, even with a thermometer. It would be lovely to have a new dehydrator.
