Your whole food, plant-based life.

Monday Give Away!

One of my favorite tools in my raw food kitchen is my spiral slicer! You can make ribbons and wonderful veggie “noodles” out of zucchini, carrots, and cucumbers or use your imagination and create noodles out of your favorite veggie! It is a must for many of the raw food recipes.

Here are the instructions for entering:

You need to put a wish in the comment section. It can be a wish for yourself, a friend, a family member or the planet! Don’t worry about putting names in, the person you are wishing for can remain anonymous.  I do need your name. Make sure your comment is attached to this post.

You can enter between now and tomorrow (Tuesday, October 12) night at midnight. Here is the important part: You must check back on Wednesday and if you have won, you will need to send me an email with your mailing address to Susan@Rawmazing.com. The winner and email link will be posted in Wednesday.

Good Luck and let your wishes fly free!

I have been a vegetarian for as long as I can remember (lol). At any rate I discovered raw many years ago in its more “uninteresting state” and difficult state. I rediscovered it wo years ago and have been making the transition. The raw challenge certainly helped me further my committment. Usually what I do family members watch and try also. Since I’ve gone raw I have had more family and friends develop a deeper interest in healthy eating. My wish is that I can continue my commitment which will increase the interest for family and friends which will spread to others throughout the community. If people knew how healthy eating affects so many aspects of life I think more would change their diet. Thank you Sue for being a vehicle.

Today I, along with 400 others, started a web-supported 28 Days to Raw challenge. We come from all different walks from all over the world. Some to add to their healthy diet and others to overcome serious health challenges. I wish that everyone who is striving to better their life be able to take the steps necessary and be proud of their efforts and accomplishments. Taking care of our bodies is a way of saying “Thank you” to the Universe.
