Just started eating raw. My biggest challenge is how to cook raw food. I have been depending on recipes from Pinterest, Twitter, and blogs. I need cooking help.

Maintaining variety when there is difficulty in getting small quantities, especially veg, and being the only raw fooder in the household.

Have a heart condition and battling cancer. Decided to go raw and been using a lot of your recipes each day. But I easily get tired due to juicing and blending smoothies and cleaning afterwards. Could use one like Nutri Bullet to help ease out some of my rawfood processing. God bless you for being such a big blessing to all of us.

Hi! I think my biggest challenge with raw food is that preparing it takes a lot of time, and sometimes my taste buds just aren’t in the mood at all for “uncooked” food. I think it’s just a matter of time, and a matter of getting my body in a routine to eating more raw food! (Especially fruit and veggies because they are just yummy!)

My biggest challenge is time and eating away form home. I’m always on the go and it’s difficult to find time to eat AND healthy places to eat.

My biggest challenge with eating raw is staying committed while still preparing cooked foods for my family. It is hard to break the cooked food addiction when you are the only person in your family and in your social circle who is eating a raw foods diet.
