I’m still new to the raw diet, so my biggest challenge right now is weeding through all the information that is on the web about it. So glad I found this website!
I’d love the nutribullet, been thinking about getting one for myself!

I don’t have a hard time staying raw, or finding organic produce or with taste, texture, flavors, enough recipes… I have a hard time organizing myself through the day to be able to eat as much as I need. The best for me is to stay at 5 meals per day, but with all that needs to get done in a day in my household, I am lucky if I get two meals in.

For me, the biggest challenge with raw food is my digestion, so I don’t always eat raw even though I’d like to. I just blend up everything.

Time is absolutely the biggest factor. It was manageable, but now that we have a toddler at home, it’s much more difficult. Even with all of the standard raw food appliances. A personal blender would save massive amounts of time.

My biggest challenge is to stay raw, when I see all the temptations of other foods at home and a slight pressure of my family, who aren’t raw! And trying to make as creative and delicious meals as possible, because we don’t have some equipment, such as a food processor, or a blender, but the family loved every single meal I’ve prepared for them!

My biggest challenge would be lack of time! We are a very busy family and so it is difficult to try and stay on top of making sure there is food prepared, because we easily get the urge to just pick up some quick food, usually Chipotle! Not the worst thing to have in our opinion, but there is certainly salt and oils that we would prefer to not have in our diet. We are strong enough to avoid the cheese and sour cream, but sometimes it is hard to resist putting meat in the meal…

My biggest challenge with raw food is living in the Bay Area where it is frequently cold and experiencing what may be referred to as “Qi Deficiency” by acupuncturists and practitioners of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

My biggest challenge…the issue of “perceived” prep time and feeling like I don’t have the right tools/ingredients on hand. Honestly, I think it’s just more of a mindset. You know when you have a habitual ways of doing things and then making that mind set change so that you can make something new a “habit”. That said I am learning and getting better. Thanks for all you share and for writing your books. They have helped a lot.
