My biggest challenge is getting my husband to buy into it. And that matters because he has taken over my kitchen and he does all the cooking. Help! 😉

My biggest challenge with raw food is the prep time. I really do love the foods–esp. the raw kale salads, but it takes me an hour every day to prep and I already get up at 4 am to exercise before going to work. Not a great excuse, because the benefits absolutely outweigh the cons.

My biggest challenge with raw food is getting over my cravings for comfort food.

My biggest challenge is the time and preparation it takes to wash, cut, and find new ways to eat raw foods so that it does not get boring. I work full time and am enrolled in school full time. A nutri-bullet would sure save me some time from chopping vegetables up and allow me to be able to eat on the run more! Thanks for the chance at this exciting give-away!

My biggest challenge is travelling for work and staying true to my diet, which this blender would resolve! My second biggest challenge is going to parties or gatherings and not being able to eat the majority of what friends and family will serve. And not coming across as too difficult or food snobby : /

My biggest challenge is not planning ahead. As a paramedic I have to run at the drop of a hat and it can be hard to track down good things to eat at 3am!!!

My biggest challenge is preparing dishes. I mean, not only salads, salads, salads, but actual dishes and recipes like the ones you share with us and in your books.
