My biggest Challenge for raw foods is a toss up between being able to stay raw in the winter cold months and having to make foods to take with me to eat at hotel rooms, because no restaurants cater to my dietary needs or during travel that is further in distance: doing the research on where to get groceries, if there is any place I can eat, paying extra money for hotels with fridges and car rentals to get us to grocery stores.

Finding time to experiment with new raw foods and raw recipes, whilst looking after two small children. My 5yo has decided she doesn’t want to eat any fruit or veg, so I’m doing my best to find good raw dishes for her. My 2yo loves smoothies and hopefully he’ll transition a bit easier. I think my partner is scared to go more raw. 😉

So many challenges! Gatherings are fraught with danger, getting the family on board, traveling. But I’m so determined to stick to it. I’ve never felt better and while my upcoming 8 week road trip across USA is causing me some anxiety I’m determined to stay on track!

I’m the only one in my family who tries to eat raw most of the time. The prep and clean up for one becomes exhausting at times.

I’m a newcomer to the world of a raw food diet, so I have lots to learn. My biggest challenge so far is that raw vegetables are harder for me to digest than cooked ones. Thanks for asking!

Being consistent is tough for us as a family. We tend to go in waves and aspire to be more regular. If we had help I’m sure we would all love to eat 100% raw. One day, one day.

My issue would be making savory main dishes that my kids will be happy to dive into.

My biggest challenge with eating raw foods is eating out with friends and going to ethnic restaurants. Many options are vegan, but raw vegan is difficult to find.

My challenge would be incorporating the raw food main meal plans not my family plan and getting my kids to eat
Them .desserts are good but savoury is a struggle .
