Rawmazing Dessert Cookbook Update

We are so close! The actual print copy proof has been ordered and should be here this week. After that, it will only be a matter of days until our first cookbook is ready! I am so excited to bring you this labor of love…and I mean that in the most literal of senses. If you have ever worked on a cookbook, it is an amazing amount of work! Months of development, creating, photographing, editing and design layout. But the results worth every minute!

All of the recipes are easy, tasty and have been loved by raw and non-raw people alike! You will find a Chocolate Ganache-Chocolate Mousse cake, soft Zucchini Bread, a Pecan Pie with Chocolate Crust and many more delicious, simple to make recipes. As always, I create these recipes for your success…both in making them and eating them!

Now that we are in the final stretch….I will keep you updated! I know you will enjoying having it as much as I have enjoyed putting it together.

Can’t wait!! I’ve tried some of your recipes and brought them to work (I work at a coop grocery store so it’s handy to get all my ingredients) to share. My co-workers and I think there yummy.

Oh my gosh, Susan, I am soooo excited!!!!!! The pics look amazing. Already one of your desserts is a tradition for me. I made the apple cranberry cheesecake last Thanksgiving, and will definitely be making it again this Thanksgiving.

    Can’t wait for the cookbook!
