Tuesdays are Newsdays at Rawmazing!


Ok, I know, the title is a little silly. I am a dork. My daughters tell me that all the time. See daughters: Are they sister’s or what?

Thinking that it was about time for an update, and since Tuesday rhymes with Newsday, sit back and I will fill you in on all the exciting things that are happening at Rawmazing!

Our readership is increasing at a wonderful rate. I have all of you to thank for that. It is exciting to see how many people are becoming more conscientious of how they eat. I am thrilled to know that we are contributing and making a difference in people’s lives. Thanks for all the wonderful emails and comments. I am glad you like what we are doing!

It’s time to go a little deeper into why raw food is so good for you and why you should incorporate more of it into your diet. Our new series: Biology 101 and Raw Food, will do just that. If you were on the fence before, I think this will surely motivate you. If you are already on the path, it will give you even more   information that is easy to understand and will help connect the dots between what goes into your mouth, how your body feels and how healthy you can be.

I have started building the store! Not only will you be able to find all the products I use for the recipes, plus kitchen equipment, I will be adding some fun items that will help you live green, sustainable and support world causes at the same time. Look for it in the next week or two. I am really excited about this one!

I also want to let you know about a very cool program that my friend, Joanna Manos has started up. It is her Back to Basics:  Autumn Detox and Revitalize Program. Detox internally, externally, mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally. JoAnna is an amazing person, who bases her diet on raw foods but has the same philosophy that we have at Rawmazing. She has an special gift of helping people sift through all of the clutter in their lives, both mentally and physically.  Her Autumn Detox is a great opportunity for you to learn how to identify your priorities and clear out the obstacles that are getting in your way. I am bring this to you simply because so many of us need this, it goes hand in hand with the diet changes you are making and Joanna is really good at what she does!

And of course, there are fun new recipes in the works that will be posted every week. A cookbook is in the works and  I will keep you updated on the progress. For now, I have finally set up a little “studio” in my house to make the photography a little easier. Everything in one place!

    That is such great news! I am so happy for you. I look forward in seeing all the new and exciting information about raw foods. I am in my second year of eating a high raw diet and loving it. Though still do have some issues and questions on why body is not where I thought it would be with eating raw foods. I hope to learn more so maybe I can figure out my own body.
