Your whole food, plant-based life.

Week One Give-a-Way!

Last week I announced that we are going to be giving away a gift every week from now until the end of the year! I am so excited! You will have to check in each Monday to see what we will be giving away for that week. Some products will be directly associated with raw food, some associated with a green, healthy life style!

This week we are kicking off the contest with two copies of the raw food Rawmazing Dessert Book! (what did you expect?) One will be the PDF form, and the other will be the print copy. To enter, just put a comment in the comment section, one simple sentence stating why you are interested in raw food. Entries will be taken Monday and Tuesday, with the winner announced Wednesday of each week.

So, put in your comment today or tomorrow and Wednesday we will announce the winner!

You can also purchase the book here: Rawmazing Desserts

I am interested in raw eating for the overall health benefits – I feel so clean when I eat this way. I love the creativity that goes into developing raw recipes. Thanks for the inspiration you provide through your blog!

My husband has Stage IV Prostate cancer. Rather than to follow the advice of most traditional doctors including his current provider at a top national cancer research hospital, we have changed the ENTIRE way we eat in less than 6 months to help him battle the cancer by using a raw food diet. He has refused their toxic cures including hormone, chemo, radiation, or surgery. Although surgery is not an option for him now anyway, since it has spread to far. After living his 52 years eating the S.A.D., any help in keeping his food entertaining, interesting, reminiscent, yet RAW, would be fantastic. Thanks for the opportunity! I look forward to next week’s promotion.

I’m interested in Raw Food because of a breast cancer diagnosis 18 months ago. Since it was a reoccurance and several places eating raw was my only real option. As you know Susan it has caused shrinkage and even made some of the sites of cancer disappear. I had a few months this year where i backslid but a few weeks ago i slid back into eating predominately raw ( with the exception of a couple slips this weekend). You’ve been sooo helpful to me in this change. Thank you sooo much:-)

ps- interested in that almond joy recipe:-)

I have been vegetarian for over 10 years and just love food and healthy eating. My dear friend introduced me to RAW food and it has really reinvigorated my meal preparation, my energy level (even gave up coffee!) and allows so many opportunities for creative food prep! (Plus I love taking RAW foods to work and surprising everyone with how “real” it tastes!)
