Week One Give-a-Way!
Last week I announced that we are going to be giving away a gift every week from now until the end of the year! I am so excited! You will have to check in each Monday to see what we will be giving away for that week. Some products will be directly associated with raw food, some associated with a green, healthy life style!
This week we are kicking off the contest with two copies of the raw food Rawmazing Dessert Book! (what did you expect?) One will be the PDF form, and the other will be the print copy. To enter, just put a comment in the comment section, one simple sentence stating why you are interested in raw food. Entries will be taken Monday and Tuesday, with the winner announced Wednesday of each week.
So, put in your comment today or tomorrow and Wednesday we will announce the winner!
You can also purchase the book here: Rawmazing Desserts

I am interested in raw foods because I am having all sorts of issues with my body and I believe it is the food I have been eating. I am eating organic now and have been pursuing raw foods. I take out raw food cookbooks from the library but would love my own to keep. Thanks for this offer.

I always like to look it like this analogy.
if you boil a seed it has no more life in it vs. an uncooked seed that can sprout a life. this says alloy for me.
The life force that I can get from raw food in incomparable to any cooked food.
However I am not a believer that 100% raw is for everyone. depending on the body constitution and place where one lives.
I feel that one should be eating mostly raw food.
I have been experiencing most grounding and clarity when I am on raw food diet only . but since I live in a cold place in winter I fell the need for the fire element. My goal is to incorporate 70% raw diet in my everyday life style.
Than you Carolina

When my little girl was born three years ago, we also discovered that my FIL had cancer. We quickly decided to go from vegetarian, to vegan, to raw vegan. After years of research and dietary modifications, we found that we looked better, felt AMAZING, had more energy, and were stronger than EVER on the raw foods diet. Not to mention our immune response was incredible. My daughter has only been sick once in her whole life, with a very minimal cold, and my father in law was able to completely eradicate the cancer from his body in NINE MONTHS! This has been hands down the best thing we’ve done as a family! Raw foods are amazing… raw desserts… DIVINE! <3
