    Appreciate you sharing .
    The raw recipes are outstanding
    I've made the Marinated Mushroom Cauliflower mash
    Seriously to LIVE FOR
    I of course twisted things a wee bit I've made it 3 times
    For me I marinate the mushrooms for 3 days
    O such a difference in Flavor
    I also wrapped the recipes in Living Butter Lettuce and added some Spicy #UrbanProduce ~~Micro greens
    What's even more amazing people I've served this to did not know this is a RAW Dish 🙂 🙂

    Our family used raw cacao often until recently. Have you studied the negative affects and that it’s a neurotoxin? I’m curious what your opinion is on raw cacao.

      I think that some people don’t tolerate cacao well but many do. It also has a lot of health benefits. Each individual should make their own decision. Cheers!
