Your whole food, plant-based life.

Getting Started

New here? Well, welcome! I am so glad you have found Rawmazing! I have created this page for you as a starting place. It is here to help you learn about our philosophy, our lifestyle, and how to navigate the site. I am tickled you are here and I can’t wait to join you on your journey to a healthier lifestyle.

What Rawmazing is All About

Seven years ago, I created Rawmazing to celebrate my love of raw food and share articles and recipes that related to raw food. Since then, I have expanded our reach and in addition to the raw recipes I love, I am including healthy, plant-based, whole food transitional recipes (part cooked, part raw) and cooked recipes. In addition, I am excited to bring you information and articles on living a plant-based lifestyle.

Rawmazing is all about a healthy whole food, plant based lifestyle. I believe this diet is the best for you, and for the planet. No matter where you are on your journey, you are welcome here. No judgement, just an extended hand to help you discover what works for you. Whether it is adding one plant-based meal a week or becoming a full-on vegan, I love you and am here to support you.

Hi there, new to raw diet. Doing 30 days and seeing how it goes from there! I find i’m feeling pretty weak in the afternoons at work. Any snacking tips that can give me a natural boost of energy?
Also, I’ve always been a big tea drinker… out here in New England its how i stay warm! Is raw diet anti-tea?
Thank you for your website, I’ve really loved reading about you and what you have to saw about natural eating.
    Hope you are well!

My husband had inoperable pancreatic cancer several years ago. Your recipes were life-blood to his quality of life and longevity. Although he didn’t come out alive, he did not die in pain associated with this type of cancer, as others have. I was thrown into the ‘raw’ lifestyle out of necessity, but have continued since his passing. Your recipes are always easy and tasty. In fact, I teach a few ‘raw’ food classes open to the public at our church because I realize that good food, properly prepared (and especially not processed) contribute to our physical, as well as emotional and spiritual well-being. I know that what you do is what you love, but aside from that, I also know that it is a lot of work and you have to believe in what you are doing. If we were the only one that your ‘work’ has helped, it would be worth it. Please keep doing what you are doing and I will continue to refer folks to your website. With love and prayers for your success, T,ruth
