Favorite Handmade Christmas Presents
When I was a little girl, handmade Christmas presents were not at the top of my list. In fact, as the good consumers my family was, most everything under the tree was store bought. I didn’t appreciate the love that went into something handmade.
One exception was the snowball cookies (Russian Tea Cakes) that my dearest Grandma Ola lovingly made and wrapped specially. I was the only recipient of these wonderful cookies and I felt very special because she took the time to make them just for me. I have her recipe but never was able to make them exactly as she did.
Now, handmade presents are my favorite ones. I love that someone took the time to put a little of themselves into the gift that I am receiving. So if you have someone special that you want to do something special for, try one of these wonderful pampering treats.
There is still time to get all of these made before Christmas! Just click on the picture or the link to get to the recipe!
- Don’t forget to make enough for yourself, you will love these!

Absolutely LOVE you body butter recipe, has done wonders for my skin. Do you happen to know
of a good body cream formula, have tried several but not satisfied with any, I keep going back to your butter.
I would love to make something a little more creamier for my 85 year old aunt.
Thanks for your wonderful ideas!

I was the same way growing up. My family was very much about buying things from stores, loads of things under the tree. Now that I’m older, I now appreciate homemade gifts much more and try to give them as much as possible =) Love these gift ideas!

Perfect timing. I’ve been wanting to make some last minute gifts and these look simple enough to fit in my hectic schedule. Plus I’ll make extra for myself! But now I have to find some pretty containers…
