Oh Susan! Thank you so very much for your wonderful recipes. Just this past Thanksgiving and Christmas alone I have prepared over 11 of your delicious recipes from crackers, flatbreads and dips through several of your glorious desserts such as the orange chocolate cheesecake and chocolate hazelnut torte which my guests were so impressed by that they thought I had purchased them. You have made it quite easy to stay Raw through the years (going on 8 now) and especially the holiday seasons. I love your books and online recipes very much.
I have one question. However do you keep your cracker dough from sticking to the knobbed rolling pin as you roll them out? I have tried several ways with two different rolling pins without your success, Please share with us.

What a fabulous year here! I can’t believe I’ve only made one of these recipes- the raw chili! I need to change that asap. The kale red cabbage salad is next on the list 😀
A very happy new year to you!
