My dearest friend is a vegan, and I eat with her often. She has creatively learned to prepare a variety of plant based foods. I am a clumsy co-cook and would like to become more skilled in preparing a variety of good tasting, plant based dishes. I have given myself a challenge of trying to be plant based several days a week….but I’m tired of carrot sticks!

What a wonderful course this is! Recently I was told I had an allergy to all dairy and grains along with other digestive issues… this leaves you with trying to figure out what you can eat and where to get your calcium, carbohydrates etc from. I have a PASSION for cooking and would love to create more plant based dishes when entertaining and this would help me tremendously for my health, skills and knowledge 🙂

I would love to learn the skills and be able to create meal plans and prepare vegan meals – even without a recipe – in the hope of eating vegan meals more often. I also hope to eventually learn to adapt and create recipes to suit the tastes of my family and friends so that they too may start having meat-free meals regularly.

I want to change my life for the better, as well as the lives of others. I became involved in a healthy eating program at my church recently, and the class ate up (so to speak 😉 the simple information I was able to share. It was not much compared to what I would like to do, but I feel like this course would empower me to help others even more!

Such a wonderful offering to learn thru Rouxbe!!! I kept a tumor abay for 4 years staying plant based, after the surgery I have slipped. I believe because I do not have a proper root base of learning… I would pay this education forward with my clients and beyond. Thank you for all you do!
