A while back, I wrote about completing the Plant Based Professional Certification through Rouxbe.com, the world’s top on-line cooking school. It was an amazing course that gave me a much desired culinary education in plant-based cooking. It was an in-depth, months long journey that started with the very basics such as knife skills and proper cuts and graduated us to a high level of skill preparing stunning plant based cuisine.
“Rouxbe can be found in the kitchens of homes, schools, restaurants and professional culinary academies in over 180 countries.”
I was so excited by what I learned that I actually became an affiliate of Rouxbe because I wanted to help spread the word about the quality of the course and the content offered.
And now, I am super excited. Rouxbe has given Rawmazing a seat in their upcoming Plant Based Professional Certification Course. Tuition for this course is normally costs 1,499.99! Thank you for the opportunity to win a seat in their upcoming Plant Based Professional Certification Course. I am a Certified Health Coach. A large percentage of my clients are dealing with autoimmune disease. I have found plant based diets to be very healing. My personal journey has been healing my Rheumatoid Arthritis through plant based nutrition. Although I have been successful in guiding my clients’ dietary changes, I feel that offering them prepping and cooking techniques would help me be of further service to them. I have not had any formal cooking training. It is my goal to be able to offer private and group cooking classes as an extension of my services. This would be a wonderful opportunity for me! Thank you!

I am almost 63. I have cooked for many years, at times vegan, at times vegetarian. I now prepare a high quality diet to fuel my husband and I for our hobby of marathon running. I have never had proper skill training, totally self taught, and apparently still hold my knives wrong. I would quite appreciate this training.

I have struggled with my weight all my life. I’ve tried every diet and regimen and way of eating under the sun… I have done the master cleanse 4 times and every time I feel awesome, and every time once I’m done, my body wants nothing but fresh, live, raw, energy-/life-full foods. I’m also instinctively repulsed by dairy, meats and cheeses. I have been sticking (90%) to a raw diet for the past 3-4 weeks and I feel great. I’m still learning to balance it and figure out what my body needs and how it reacts to things, but I immediately noticed how much more alive, nourishing, fulfilling and tasty a raw/vegan diet is. I have been thinking about *really* learning everything I can about it, and learning to do it properly. I have been spending most of my days in the kitchen and I love it. I would LOVE to take this course!!

I’d like to think I’m an ok cook but I know I could be better and I love learning new stuff and experimenting in the kitchen. Currently I’m aiming to go from veggie to raw vegan but that’s a whole new set of skills I’m trying to learn. A course like this could open up and inspire my cooking making it an easier transition.

Rouxbe has been at the periphery of my focus for some time now; you are offering such a great opportunity to bring it to the forefront! Food has provided more healing to my family than anything else, and in so many ways. Thank you Susan and Rouxbe for this truly exciting chance to explore handling my favorite ‘prescriptions’ at a whole new level!

Hi there! my name is Juliane. I currently live in Costa Rica but i am from Calgary Alberta Canada. I started eating raw vegan vegetarian food two years ago. And I love creating and inventing new things in the kitchen. I have always wAnted to take an online raw cooking course more specifically because it needs to be online since I live in such a small beach town. Im also starting a raw vegan blog and would love to take this to help give me some credibility as well as awesome dishes to share with others. I’m really excited about this opportunity and I hope you pick me. Thanks rawmazing and thanks Rouxbe!!!

I have been impressed with the Rouxbe cooking school for quite awhile. When they first came out with the plant based food course I put it on my wish list. Cooking healthy vegan foods for me and my family is a passion and I would love to learn as many new skills as possible.
Thank you for the chance,
Mellanie

I’m going to be really honest here: I’m overweight and our family really needs a change in eating habits. I tried going vegetarian last year, but it did not last long because I could not convince my husband that vegetarian and vegan could be equally delicious as a meat-filled diet. I lack the skills to make healthy AND tasty dishes… Fabulous black bean burgers? Wonderful quinoa breakfast bowls? Amazingly fresh salads? Think again, all I produced were bland unappetising abominations. That’s why I would like to learn more about plant based cooking, getting my weight under control, surprising my husband and building a good nutritious foundation for my son. Plus I want to find out if a plant based diet truly makes a difference when it comes to autism, which my son and I have, possibly making life a little easier on us.
