I would love to win this course, as I’m always looking to improve my skills as a chef. I dream of one day opening my own plant-based café, as well as I would love to educate others in plant-based eating. I am a health conscious girl from Norway, which means that an online course is perfect, as I do not have the opportunity to travel back and forth all the time to cooking courses in other countries.

Although I am a lifelong vegetarian, 5 years ago I committed to being a vegan after surviving cancer. Since then, I have had many opportunities to share vegan food and the benefits with others. I would welcome the opportunity to further enhance my vegan skills so I could share even more.

I would say that a large percentage of my daily routine is meal planning and making so why not learn how to continue the most efficient and nutritious way possible. I’d never had formal training and have always desired to go to culinary school and maybe I’ll be fortunate enough to win this opportunity.

Like many people it is my dream to do this course to help not only myself, but others who need healing and spark an interest in eating plant-based foods. In Brazil, where I live, there are not many, if any! good vegan cooking courses. And I’m about to start some speeches about health and would love to get more practical knowledge into it!
