I’ve been vegetarian for over 25 years and love all the new findings and recipes that are constantly popping up. It would be brilliant to refresh and learn even more about living a plant-based diet. What a fabulous opportunity!

I could go on and on with reasons why this Win is perfect for me and my goals in life… plant-based nutrition is everything I believe in, it’s what I’ve studied in my free time, ‘professional’ time and it’s what I share with those around me whom God has placed along the way in my ever-growing, never ending path of health and healing of the mind, body and soul in hopes of bringing light to the truth of medicine being thy food and food being thy medicine 🙂 and not only is food a palatable (no pun intended teehee) topic for people to discuss, (play is important to learning with both the children i work with and adults alike) it also is something that we have to do, we all eat and so I find it to be the perfect platform in which to discuss health and healing in a casual way, an enjoyable way in which to learn how to take care of ourselves without losing the audience, so to say, Ha ha ha. It started out just as a truth that resonated inside of me since I was young but then because I’m around so many people with the opposite thinking (for lack of a better way to say that) I found myself being constantly approached with questions from those around me or even from strangers who asked me what I do because of my positive energy levels, add to that the fact that I am a caregiver and so I take care of people who need this information, and that after all these years now I’ve begun to get a reputation for this so even friends of friends are contacting me and asking me questions so this would be a dream come true for me to have this land in my lap at the perfect time when I am increasingly being asked questions by those in need, it would show me even more so that I am on the right path and that this is obviously the direction God is leading me in, the synchronicity of things is too much fun to not notice… Anyways thank you for the opportunity I am beyond grateful for it and excited for the unfolding of things as it is simply happening beyond my control :):):)

Looks fantastic! I would love this opportunity. I have some fabulous veggie gardens and love raw vegan food. Would be great to improve my skills and make a few converts to this excellent lifestyle. 🙂

I am very passionate about preparing healthy food for myself and my family especially my young kids. Trying my best to teach them healthy habits. Raw food is novelty to me and I would love to learn more about it and then pass onto my children and family . Having the opportunity to study with such an amazing school would be dream come true for me.
