I would love to win this! As someone who recently transitioned, I can use all the help I can get. Cooking for a plant based diet is VERY different than what I’m uses to.

I have just recently switched to a plant based diet and am loving the colours and vibrancy of the food I’m eating! Thank you so much for this opportunity. I’ve been eating plant based now for 16 months now, a little over a year. I’m one of those people that thrives on knowledge. Always reading, reading reading. Love reading books, blogs by the plant-based movements big-players such as Dr. McGregor, Dr. Fuhrman, T. Colin Campbell, and Dr. Campbell his son, Dr. Esselstyn, the list goes on and on. I would LOVE to take a plant-based cooking course to add to my arsenal of knowledge!

I’m passionate about all things cooking. I would greatly enjoy advancing my knowledge and skills to a much higher level so I don’t feel so limited with ingredients. This is great that you are giving someone the great gift of a healthy lifestyle. I have been so intrigued by this website and the amazing concoctions that are created on a daily basis by your team. Everytime I look at the website there is always something new and inspiring. It makes me want to get up and prepare something raw and vegan. It becomes sometimes impossible to comeup with all these great recipes to prepare a meal, but this website has given us the opportunity to try some new “cooking”. I really want to win this course because I am a mess in the kitchen. I literally can take up to 3 hours preparing a simple meal. I need to get my act straight. I believe this course will show and inspire me to do just that.

I would love to take this class. Just became an empty nester . I have health issues that I need to deal with and I can’t do western medicine. I truly believe the statement “Let food be thy medicine ” ! I have some herbal train and have done some juicing. I see the need here in AZ for “food” education!

I love vegan eating and cooking. And to teach others that vegan diet is just as healthy, tasty and a great alternative for the planet. My goal is to teach others that plant based food is not only good for you, but can taste great too. I like testing different food combinations, enhancing the flavor with unusual choices and I believe the Rouxbe course to help with my exploration.

Amazing and Generous! I would certainly be thrilled to win such a gift. I am a single mom and always looking for new ideas and ways to help others with their health, especially my own family! I was very strict as vegan many years ago and am continually being led back in that direction recently.
