I have been eating approximately 50% raw for over a year now and have lost 30 lbs! I feel much better and my friends even say I look younger and seem to have more vitality than ever before! My main reason for eating raw is to fuel my body, not just “feed” it. I have been using many of your recipes and my husband thinks they are awesome. He is going to celebrate his 85th birthday in June and most folks think he turning 65! I want to keep him going strong and incorporating raw foods into our diet is proving to be the very best anti-aging strategy of all!

Aloha my dear!
I eat around 50 to 60% of raw. Being a Massage Therapist/Bodywork I was find myself very tired after my sessions so I decided to investigate a way to raise the energy and the vibration of my body bringing more awareness into my diet. After some time researching i notice how much enzymes are important to the well being and the most efficient way to obtain them is with Raw food…”be closer to what nature already offer to us”. So far has been incredible journey that I plan to enjoy as much as I can.
My passion is for Raw dessert and I notice that you have a book for sale! 🙂
Very much in Gratitude for you dear Susan for sharing your knowledge & Wisdom with Us. Much Love & Aloha!

Iam eating a bit by bit healthier diet because of my youngest daughter. She follows a raw eating diet and sprouts diet. I am trying very hard to watch what I eat, mainly to lose weight. I read labels,, watch my intake, but could exercise much more. Raw eating is slightright now, but the most important thing is the direction I am heading.

I love eating healthy, it makes me feel great, so fully of energy and in such a good mood that you can conquer the world! I would say that my raw eating varies with the seasons, up to 90% in Spring/Summer and 50/60% in the cold months

Eating roughly 95-97% raw due to chronic hives/allergy to wheat and chronic migraines. Raw foods has allowed my body to heal both!!! Yeah!!!
Peace and Raw Health,
Elizabeth

I would say I eat maybe 50% raw, though I try to take it up quite a bit when I’m not traveling. I do it because I love my life and I want more of it!

I was raised on health food and I love passing good eating habits on to my own children. I believe that as a society we have disconnected from our food source and in preparing (ideally from scratch) and eating with the whole family we can reconnect. We eat about 85% raw.
Thank you so much for your wonderful recipes!!! I love them all!!!

I’m 54 and have eaten a pretty healthy diet most of my adult life with the exception of getting a little lazy for a while after my 4th kid was born. I always prepare everything from scratch using mostly organic whole foods and have been sprouting for about 30 years. About 6 months ago my youngest son introduced my to this “higher level” of raw foods. For my 54th B-day he prepared a raw food feast and I am continually amazed at how intensely satisfying these foods are. Since I’ve started eating more raw foods my energy level is up, I’ve quit coffee after being addicted for probably 35 years and my skin looks better than it has in years. My new favorite kitchen appliance is my spiralizer and I plan on investing in a quality dehydrator next. This grain grinder would be a wonderful addition to my new kitchen arsenal. Thanks so much for the opportunity!
