This NorPro Grain Grinder does it all, both flakes and flour. I put it through it’s paces and almost decided to keep it! It did a great job with both flaking and grinding.

I am eating healthier to help my asthma and to lose weight! Also, I’m about 60 to 75% raw! I’m working my way up to 80%!

I am new to the raw food world and have started this journey to deal with health issues that traditional medicine has not been able to help. I am about 50% raw, but have goal of 75% or more. I love this site, it has been encouraging and helpful as I make this transition.

I’m a new mama to a breastfed 12 week old baby girl. I am a gluten free vegan and about 60% raw, and growing more so with the warmer weather and losing baby fat. I love making my own nut milks, flours and butters- a flaker and grinder would be an invaluable addition to our organic family kitchen!

Started eating raw a year ago. It began when I said no more medications and no more tests! A friend introduced me to a foot zoner in Fremont, Amber, who also uses essential oils for healing. Amber made many suggestions to help get healthier. By the way, I thought I did eat healthy with lots of veggies and whole wheat foods. The raw food diet changed my life. I stopped taking medications, and even avoided surgery. I feel great and look better than I did before children. The best thing about healthy eating is I took my family along with me. We all eat healthy! We are 80% raw. No more dairy, no meat, no processed sugars, no wheat and no gluten. We do eat seafood and lots of living foods and nuts

Thank you for sharing your great recipes. You help make feeding my family raw and healthy easy. It is also great to try new raw recipes to bring to social functions.

I am eating healthy because it helps me feel good and because we are trying to conceive; I want a healthy incubator for my baby when it happens for us. I would estimate that I eat between 40-60% raw foods.

Hi Susan, I love visiting Rawmazing – thank you for all the goodies you share. I eat healthy as part of a strategy to optimize my health and do what I can to slow the destruction of this dear planet. I would estimate I am approx. 70% raw most of the time. It is very diffucult during the harsh winter months on the Canadian prairies but in summer, it is a snap to do better than this. Thanks for the opportunity here, crossing my fingers. Be well.

I’m just beginning my journey to healthier eating. My daughter chose to go vegetarian when she was nine and I had to learn to cook things without a box because there are so many animal products in processed foods. Last year we learned she needed to be gluten-free. I’m learning how to cook all over again. But, I’m also learning how important diet and nutrition can be if you want to be healthy. I’m not currently getting very much in the way of raw foods. A salad or piece of fruit. But I did invest in a juicer and that helps me get kale and spinach into my diet. I want to learn more and add more raw foods in delicious ways so that my daughter will eat them too. Your website is very user-friendly and I’m glad I ran across it.

I eat healthy because I do not like being a slug in mind, attitude or body. I eat 80% raw.

We eat healthy because we were on a mission to find the right diet for our youngest of four diagnosed at birth with Cystic Fibrosis. A cure is within reach and it is imperative that we feed him healthy now so he remains healthy after he is cured. In doing the research for him, we learned of the advantages of a plant-based nutrition and changed our eating ways Feb 1. It’s been amazing and we are 95% plant-based and the kids are getting there at about 70%. Still struggling to transition the older kids but they are “getting it!” Love your site!
