This NorPro Grain Grinder does it all, both flakes and flour. I put it through it’s paces and almost decided to keep it! It did a great job with both flaking and grinding.

I eat healthy because I want to live as long and fully as possible, and hopefully avoid so many of the nasty diseases that have become so prevelant of late, i.e., diabetes, cancer, heart disease, etc. I try to eat about 75-80% raw, but it definitely is easier for me to accomplish that during the warmer months :).

All of my life, I’ve watched what I eat and always pride myself in eating what is good for me…But I always struggle with my weight and with the years I noticed that some health issues also appeared. That is when I decided to start eating raw to see and feel the difference. I have to admit, in some instances it’s been a case of acquired taste for me but nothing that can be tweak to my taste buds. Right now, I am 50% raw, and enjoying thoroughly your site…Your photos are breathtaking and your recipes mouthwatering…Really appreciate your hard work in bringing us healthy through delicious food….

3 years ago, when my oldest daughter was having her first child. My husband and I were staying with his brother and they had the book The China Study. We tried to read as much as we could and bought 2 books when we got home.
Then 6 months later I went for a physical. My blood pressure was 138/85, my cholesterol was up, so they did an ultra sound on my neck. The test results said 53 year old woman with 68 year old veins. I turned to my husband and said I am going to eat like you now. I immediately went to a plant based diet. Within 6 weeks my blood pressure was 122 /73 and my cholesterol was lower and the weight started to come off. The following year I had another ultra sound and my veins were clear, plus I lost 12lbs. After watching Forks over Knives I have incorporated more raw foods. I try to eat at least 50% raw. I love the way I feel and look and the great people we have meet and the opportunity to share our knowledge with others.
Thank you for sharing.

Thank you very much for all your cool recipes. I used to be around 70 – 80% raw on and off, but mostly on, for about 5 years. Then I was too imbalanced in my approach and fell off of it. Right now I’m living in rural Wyoming, about a 4 hour drive from the nearest affordable good produce. I’m doing a lot of frozen fruits and veggies to survive, but getting ready to start sprouting, growing barley grass, and trying to figure out how to grow a garden in a climate where we can get summer freezes. Sprouting grains for cereals and other things would be a great way to add more raw back into my diet easily in this particular location!

I eat healthy, because I want to feel the benefits inside and out. When I’m eating healthy I see the clarity in my mind, body and soul. At this time I am eating about 75% raw, and I aim to get that better and better. Thank you for your wonderful recipes. I enjoy them, and I appreciate your site that shares amazing raw foods with the rest of us.

Eating raw changed everything for me. Skin, weight, energy, sleeping habits, etc. I eat almost all raw on week days and weekends are about 60%.
Thanks for what you do!

I eat healthy because I want to fully participate in the gift of this lifetime. Eating in any other way is insanity. I’m about 90% raw. And I’d freaking LOVE a grain grinder.

I eat healthy (and try to eat healthier) for my health. I have sever allergies and asthma and am able to avoid all medication if I maintain an organic vegan diet. I eat about 50% raw. Smoothies, juices and salads are my go to foods. Love raw zucchini noodles!
The grinder, flaker would be a very welcome addition to my kitchen. I Love your site!!!
