I’ve been a raw want-a-be for 17 years after my daughter was born and I was exhausted. It depends on the day of how much raw I eat, but I try to eat as much raw as I can, about 60-75%. I also like to educate people on raw foods because I think it helps with energy and just feeling awesome. Thanks for giving the opportunity for free products.

I eat healthy because in 2007 I became ill due to a very sluggish digestive system! Since then, I started investigating what is a true healthy diet? From my research, I was surprised to find what I thought was a healthy diet, was not actually a healthy diet! So, I’ve made major changes to my diet and I am seeing & feeling a huge difference in my digestive system & a lot of healing has taken place. I want to live a healthy, disease free life. I love raw foods & what they do to my health and well being. My percentage of raw goes up and down because I live in a colder climate and I crave hot/warmer foods like steamed or baked Sweet potato or some other healthy cooked food like this. I would say my raw foods ranges from 50%-80% as i take each day as it comes 🙂

I love eating raw but find it a challenge. Sprouted wheat toast and avocado is so much easier than preparing a salad or smoothie. So I keep working at it. The recipes here are amazing. I am about 30% raw, and am wanting to keep increasing this until it becomes my favorite way to eat! My health needs it. Thank you for the beautiful photos on this website. A delight for the eyes as well as the palate!

I am eating healthy to overcome diabetes and other health issues and to lose weight. I am trying to incorporate healthy and tasty foods to encourage my family to eat better too. I eat about 60-70% raw, maybe more.

I started eating healthy to see if it would help my psoriasis which is on my feet and hands. I have been doing it for about 7 weeks and it is amazing how much it has helped. I am about 50% raw and I am loving it. I would love to win the grain grinder.

I eat raw to nourish my body and show my 10 year old that health is important. Currently we eat about 50 to 60 percent raw, unprocessed foods.

    Hi Rawmazing!

Thank you so much for this generous giveaway! I’m 100% vegan and about 75% raw. The only cooked items I really eat are legumes and some cruciferous veggies. I eat healthy because of the way it makes me feel – and look! Not to mention the health and environmental benefits and peace of mind. ☺

I was actually hospitalized (at a very young age) after years of eating a “healthy” conventional diet that consisted of a lot of meat. I was actually diagnosed with pancreatitis?! Alcoholics are often diagnosed with that condition. I didn’t drink – it was from meat and lack of live foods. My body literally could not process dead foods and meat.

Every since I went mostly raw and 110% vegan, my body works so much better and I still look 19! It’s the only way to go! I really appreciate your website and look forward to increasing my skills and getting raw kitchen tools like a dehydrator and the grinder. How cool!

May life shower you with all the Joy & Love in existence! xoxo – E 🙂
