If you enjoyed the “How to Make Raw Flaked Oats” post, you will love this give-away! It is a grain grinder and grain flaker just for you so you can make your own raw sprouted oat flakes and other raw sprouted flours and flakes!
This NorPro Grain Grinder does it all, both flakes and flour. I put it through it’s paces and almost decided to keep it! It did a great job with both flaking and grinding.

We eat lots of organic salads year round but now that the garden is planted we look forward to a lot of fresh raw produce. At our age, my husband 83 and I am 63, the more quality we offer our bodies the easier it is to get things accomplished through out the day.

I had breast cancer 5 years ago and was eating very healthy and juicing, in the last year and a half I didn’t follow what I should have and was eating some of the foods I shouldn’t I now have had to get back on my diet as the cancer had come back and need to eat more raw. I know this is the way to eat and the grain grinder would help me out so much. I am eating oats etc now for breakfast and love muffins. I want to eat healthy and show people this is the way to a better way of life. Thank you.

This looks wonderful. I have gone to living light culinary institute to learn raw food prep and instruction. I incorporate about 75% raw into my diet, especially in the spring and summer. I have raised a family using whole foods and alternative health options – food is key to staying healthy and out of the doctors office.

I eat healthy because it makes me feel good. Also because I am on my way to becoming a dietitian…one month till graduation! I typically eat raw-ish until dinner time. Starting a cleanse on Monday, so I expect raw meals to increase!

I have been eating raw for 2 years and it has changed my life. I eat 90% raw because it gives me more energy than my children even though I am over 40. Raw food tastes as fresh as alive as I feel!

I have started eating raw food 10 years ago. Now, it is a daily part of my diet and at least 2 meals are made of raw food. I have much more energy now.
