This NorPro Grain Grinder does it all, both flakes and flour. I put it through it’s paces and almost decided to keep it! It did a great job with both flaking and grinding.

My husband and I have recently made lots of changes in our diet to improve our health. We are currently eating about 60% raw, but would LOVE to be able to make our own sprouted flours for breads and other things. We absolutely LOVE the raw desserts I have been making and we have been feeling so much better.

I am a lung cancer and skin cancer survivor of 3 1/2 years now so I make a conscious effort to eat as healthy as my budget and time allow me to. It is a commitment for sure, but I credit my survival on what I do, so many do not survive this dread disease and I am blessed. I would say that about 65% of what I eat is raw & it does make a difference in how I feel and in my energy level. I would most differently would love to take raw to a new level!

I would love to win the flaker! It would be great to have!
I eat about 50% plus raw as we are organic farmers and so I eat my own vegetables. We eat healthy because we feel better and can work harder when we do :)!

I am eating healthy to set a good example for my daughter. In the short time that I have explored eating Raw foods I have gotten my Diabetes under control, I have more energy to workout, I have less acid reflux and better concentration. I have also started applying the same logic of eating more natural foods naturally with using more natural products to clean my home and my body. Cutting out the chemicals and over processed products has improved both my home environment and my body. I am currently eating at least 30% raw.

Greetings from far away Germany (country of flakers) 🙂
I like the cute wooden drawer of the flaker!
It’s so nice to feel connected with other raw-foodies across the world (the raw movement here is just starting to get more momentum – very exciting). Glad my English is good so I can understand all these fabulous recipes from the amazing raw chefs and recreate them in my German kitchen! 😉
I currently eat about 80 percent raw (sometimes more).
Have a good day everybody!

I love your recipes and website! I am a mother and grandmother and have been about 70% raw for about 2 years. I have no health challenges but want to promote health and have high energy to live life to the fullest.

I eat healthily because I want to maintain good health before I have children (and after, too!). I’m currently eating about 40% raw, but I really want to get to at least 60%.

Hiya,
I eat this way to be this way 😉
this would make my life more interesting as I am currently very concentrated on food.
As far as percentage goes, I would say about 90% raw.
For me this is a life style, a conscious choice. Not a religion, and so to keep it this way
I find myself, from time to time, eating cooked polenta or something similar 😀

I’m in recovery from morbid obesity – at my heaviest, I weighed over 300 pounds. I’m now below 200, have kept at it for 5 years, and eat probably about 40% raw foods, but always looking to enjoy more!
