I’m sorry to say that my biggest personal health wish at the moment is a selfish one. I would wish to cure my cataracts without surgery as I do not want to have pieces of plastic embedded in my eyes, particularly because that is so close to my brain. That would enable me to continue the birth work I do supporting women and couples to take charge of their birth experiences.

I can’t wait to see these DVD’s. I’ve been telling people continuously since having seen “Food, Inc.” that it’s truly the first documentary to so profoundly change my life after having been so thoroughly shocked at what the food industry has been allowing us to unknowingly have been consuming all these years. I immediately stopped buying non-organic meat and rarely ever eat meat anymore and I NEVER thought I’d ever have the desire to be totally vegetarian. That documentary led to more and more research and ultimately to eating “raw” – and we love it!!! Thanks so much for putting more valuable information out there and for your amazing site!

My biggest personal health wish is to live in such a way that my health inspires others to ask me what I’m doing. I work in the health care industry and see exactly the kinds of health crises that better eating can end. I want to be healthier, and live by example so that I can create change from within an often broken system.

Spreading the word about the wonderful “side effects” of the raw diet, so others may enjoy renewed energy, restful sleep, healing and prevetion of sickness and disease, is my goal.

I will eat simple living foods. I will let my body always remain partially empty, that the sun may have room to shine from within. I will be light, energized and open to the perfection of this moment.

I wish to maintain optimum health, regardless of my food choices in any given moment.

I have recently embraced the raw food experience, fully understanding the purpose and outcome of such excellent eating habits. To live well and to live long is not enough. Spreading the word about the wonderful “side effects” of the raw diet, so others may enjoy and renewed energy, restful sleep, healing and prevetion of sickness and disease, should be our common goal.
