I have several challenges – the whole dehydration thing – I don’t have the equipment and it seems so labor intensive. Also the sprouting – here in the south we have major issues with fruit flies and I’m concerned doing my own sprouting will bring them in en masse – ugh! Finally, switching my mindset from having to have a hot meal every day and eating cold or room temp foods all the time. I also don’t want to get neurotic about the whole raw thing 🙂 I did that with macrobiotics many many years ago and I wasn’t much fun to be around. LOL! Thanks for your great site!

My biggest challenge with my raw diet is the time involved to cook the fun and different recipes that I see. I do pretty well with the basics, salad.. Etc.. But when I want to branch out I find the prep and time involved the most challenging aspect.

Biggest challenge is storing all the fresh produce. Sometimes it goes bad before I even have a chance to use it.

My biggest challenge is coming up with meals that are substantial enough to compensate for not having meat and/or hot foods.

I can go raw for 10 days, but than I feel weak. And I find all these raw food meals like raw lasagna etc. takes so much time to prepare . I have to educate myself on fast raw foods that give me a boost to last a day. 🙂
