My biggest challenge with raw foods is staying on raw foods. My creativity gets blocked and I have a low quality blender that doesn’t allow me to do everything I want with raw foods.

My biggest challenge is I always get so bloated when I try to eat at least an 85% raw food diet or above, so this has slowed my process in dealing with my severe health issues. I need to some how adjust to a raw food diet physically so that I can heal and get well.
I read that the Nutri-bullet says it is supposed to help you absorb what you need easier because of it being in this liquid state. Therefore, I know I would use the Nutri-bullet and believe it would help me because this.
It would be a blessing for me if I won!
Thank you for the opportunity!

Biggest problem is to eat big enough portions.

My biggest challenge is being able to afford the equipment — blenders – dehydrators – sprouters – etc so that I can get enough of what I need to eat. I have switched to vegan with a large part of my diet being raw — but because I have a tendency to not eat enough — I need the kitchen equipment to process my foods to multiply my nutrient intake. Or so I am told by my friends and family. I am saving up the money to purchase a blender first — I was told I should get a VitaMix blender which is expensive for me right now. Working part time and going to school isn’t easy ;). I look forward to full conversion as my partial conversion has helped me tremendously. I enjoy trying out the new recipes — thank you.

My biggest raw food challenge is time ! It seems to take forever to get anything really good — “cooked”

Biggest challenge is to fight the notion that eating raw is too hard to prepare, especially if you want something quick and tasty.

My biggest challenge to eating raw is the preparation including having to shop more frequently.

My biggest challenge with the raw food diet is my husband because he is NOT a raw foodist-and actually is a meat and potatoes kind of guy (and he doesn’t have a teachable spirit, either). I am challenged by switching mental gears from preparing my food and his food.

I’m always and forever challenged by planning my raw meals. Most of them take so much time…
