My biggest challenge is what to eat when going to family and friends get-togethers. Not much raw food to choose from, so I’ve just been eating before I go.

Like many others, i think being organised and making sure you have prepared ingredients ahead of time is the most difficult thing about raw food living. I alway forget to soak things before needed.. rookie.. yes!. If all else fails, i guess a quick smoothie will go down a treat.

Not having the proper tools like a dehydrator or like this one.

This is so cute! This would be so helpful to whip a quick raw soup. Sometimes I just want one serving, and not use my large blender. Biggest challenge: prepping enough flax onion bread for the week.

I would love to have this, we are going on a trip in Oct. and it would be such a help.
My biggest challenge is preparing in advance.

The biggest challenge of eating raw for me is the portability of it all. I am a musical theatre performer, and eating raw on the road while on tour mostly consists of salads, since I cannot bring my Vitamix or my dehydrator with me. I buy a lot of pre-packaged raw sweets and crackers, but the one thing I miss above all is a good fresh juice or shake. That is why the Nutri Bullet would be the ideal tool to have! I hope I get it! 🙂 Thank you for this beautiful site.

My biggest problem is cleanup! I detest cleaning my juicer! I’m newly pregnant and getting proper nuitrition is an even higher priority than usual, however the mess my juicer makes is such a turn-off that I would rather not go through the process at all. Also, lookin for something that will allow me to quickly whip up easy to digest fruits and veggies for my baby when she’s ready for foods. I would prefer to make my own over purchasing store bought mystery items.

My biggest challenge is time. And money. We run a donkey rescue and take in lots of other animals from dogs and cats to alpacas and goats. I am on the go from dawn til 9pm 7 days a week. We have been vegan 30+ years but trying to go raw has been a real challenge. Buying a high speed blender has been on my list for years but it’s never in the budget. There’s always hay to buy, vet bills, bedding…..Right now I use a Waring blender that my parents got as a wedding gift 59 years ago. It does not make our green drinks smooth but we gag them down anyway. I am really excited to enter this contest! Thank you so much for your great newsletter. Always inspirational.
