I think my biggest challenge would be time, and of course the expense of fresh fruits and veggies!

The biggest challenge of eating raw for me is preparation. I usually don’t have or make enough time to prepare my meals and I also have a big problem with sweets. So once I get hungry it’s whatever around me that’s available is my first choice, preferably healthy. But I want to start right and make this a lifestyle change for good!

Hi: I am gaining more appreciation for raw food and really enjoy your website ideas and others I have discovered through my avid research. As others have mentioned, planning ahead is the biggest challenge and learning what to keep on hand to make it easy to throw a recipie together. I guess its all about the method. My biggest improvement to my diet is the daily smoothie, I feel it has helped make a difference in how a feel and modifying my pallete to appreciate the fresh flavors raw food has to offer.
Thanks for having the giveaway.

My biggest challenge eating raw is trying to get all my kiddos to try new things. I think this product would help with making healthily shakes for the whole family and possible throw some greens in the mix and they wouldn’t even know the difference. With everyone back in school and we are always on the go this would be perfect!! Thanks for the opportunity 🙂 always enjoy your site and love most all the recipes

my biggest challenge is prepping food to take with me for the day. I work out of the home, I have my own business and I have kids in private school of which I have to be involved there. Also their sports well. my schedule is a hundred miles an hour and prepping is most definitely a challenge. I have used the nutribullet before and love it. this would be a great addition to my kitchen

The comments others have left are very comforting. I share many of these logistics-issues as well. I have a family of athletes all training on various in different cities. The hardest thing for me is planning around food purchases, prePREP, making too much and getting it altogether in my head because I LIVE ON AN ISLAND and access to grocery stores is severely limited. Not a tropical island where I am picking my own papayas. No, a rain drenched pacific coast island.
Good luck everyone!

Hello! My biggest challenge with being a raw foodist and living in the middle east is finding people with my same passion. Another challenge is finding quality equipment in this region(vita mix- have not seen, exaclibur dehydrator -non existent). Please Pick me. Thanks a million for your wonderful education.

My biggest challenge other than the normal preparation and planning is getting over my cravings. Growing up Italian food was a big part of my life, I still want a dish of pasta with garlic bread on Sundays, loaded with carbs and gluten. I still want a dish of vanilla ice cream made with heavy cream. I still crave a big rib eye roast for the holidays, like an alcoholic the craving will probably never go away. I is a day by day challenge, the more you succeed the better you feel and that is the trade off.

The hardest part for me is definitely the dehydrator part. Whenever that is a part of the recipe I just move on. I also found the diet as a whole on the expensive side but maybe that had to do with the recipes I was choosing. Your site keeps me interested in this way of eating; the items you create are unbelievable. So at this point I am a 50/50 eater. And leaning in the raw direction.
