My biggest challenge that I face almost every time i’m out is to find something at a restaurant other than a salad.

Biggest challenge: eating all of the healthy preparations before they deteriorate!

My biggest challenge with raw food, is social situations. Most times I pack some raw food or bring a raw dish. Also, most social situations lack organic fruit and veg.
I have heard good things about the NutriBullet. I have to say it is not the same as real juicing. The NutriBullet allows fiber in your meals (smoothies) whereas, juicing reduces fiber to allow your body to heal. But overall, green smoothies and juicing are ALL GOOD! Eat your smoothies and juice on everyone–greens does a body good!

Hi, thanks for the opportunity! The biggest challenge over the past decade is eating a certain way in a large family with lots of personalities and preferences. What was easy when young children would happily eat anything I was eating is a bit tricky now that those children are teenagers and want to shed anything similar to their parents. It’s not easy to hold dear certain beliefs (spiritual, dietary, or otherwise) and see your kids becoming adults who want to move in an entirely different direction. But what a blessing for the person who wants to be free.

I love being a raw foodist! I spend countless hours in the kitchen experimenting and creating new dishes for my family. The biggest hurdle I’ve had to jump in staying on track with my desires to be 100% raw is my cravings for carbohydrates, especially bread. I recently aquired a solar oven and have been so pleased with the yummy raw breads I have been able to produce. I no longer crave unhealthy processed baked products, I now have the luxury of feeding me and my family delicious, raw breads made out of zucchini, sun dried tomatoes, fresh herbs, and all without heat. My journey of staying raw continues to get stronger as I find ways to replace my old diet with new and more healthy variations. With all the info out there these days including your website, I have learned that being raw doesn’t mean you have to feel like your missing anything, it just means you have to be inventive, creative, and most of all adventurous. For anybody who loves bread as much as I do, you should really try this technique. It has kept me raw and that’s always been my number one goal.

My biggest challenge with raw food isn’t the food itself. It’s not having the support to keep going when I get discouraged. It’s not having someone to be there and say it’s ok when I fall off the wagon. Because I do. I fall off the wagon sometimes. And I can be so hard myself about it. It’s not having someone to share the journey with.

I am a traveling yogi and vegan chef. I go from yachts to India to road trips to Mexico retreats and then some throughout the year. I find that the ratio of clothing I take with me to food and prep equipment is getting to be pretty hilarious. I was actually just looking at the NutriBullet as an option to pack in my bags for all the journeys ahead. And what a wonderful tool to help educate my students and clients a long the way with pastes, smoothies, juices, and such. Fingers crossed that my name is pulled and the NB can be on my next adventure!

I am very new on my journey but so far the biggest challenge has been getting my family to try the items. Once they do they usually like it but I have gotten a lot of resistance so far… Lucky for them I am not backing down!!
