My biggest challenge with the raw food diet is prep time! With 3 children and 3 dogs and a full-time job sometimes I feel preparing my special food is another full time job!

My biggest challenge with raw food would have to be creating exciting new salad dressings that don’t really too heavily on fats.

The biggest challenge is usually inspiration for me. I find something I enjoy and make it until I no longer like it!! (Well, almost) that and the AMOUNT of food we need for a family of five…. Thank you for the chance to win this!! 😉

My biggest challenge is also using the produce before it goes bad. Just had to toss an entire cantaloupe! The heat got to it and it turned to mush. So sad.

my problem is just finding ways to prepare it. coming up with different recipes. and I also have a hard time mixing it up…my blender does not work well with getting things finely chopped.

I’m a Raw newbie and very excited about the changes I’m seeing a feeling. Planning ahead is my challenge right now. If it’s not all prepped I stray! and knowing how many avocados is too many avocados!

My biggest challenge is going out to eat. There are no health food restaurants, much less raw in the town that I live. I realize I can always order a salad, but it’s not going to be near as good as the ones I make at home. My experience has been that once I tell them to leave off the meat, cheese, croutons, etc., I’m only left with a bowl of iceberg lettuce and a few tomato slices with miserable choices for dressing, for which I will have to pay way too much … and it’s not even organic!

My biggest challenge is finding the time to prepare my raw food so it is ready to go when I need it. I need items I can grab and put together for my lunch as I head out the door to work.

raw foods have been a big part of my life since i was a child in mill valley california. my parents were so happy to move there from chicago and find all the fresh produce that they loaded us up on salads almost every day. this created a lasting impression on me and i have stuck with lots of raw foods and grown my own for more than 36 years! always, i have been trying to get my grown kids to remember the importance of eating raw! this is a big challenge as they forget the importance of eating raw foods!!!
we can only do our best, however, and i know my influence is always there.
