My biggest challenge is having the energy to prepare filling and nourishing meals for myself. I have many injuries and physical challenges and am often too tired by end of day to make something satisfying.

My biggest challenge with raw is my current blender, I have put it through it’s paces and there are times when it needs a bit of tlc 😉 Having a Nutri-bullet would allow my blender to have a bit of down-time!

I believe in Raw Food living, however the BIGGEST challenge for myself is to get started. I have read/scanned many RF cookbooks did my research from a few authors but in order for me to begin is to invest $ and have ALL the main equipment on hand as I need. In this drawing I hope that my name will be picked to win a good working blender such a Nutri Bullet.
Thank you! 🙂

Honestly, the biggest challenge is loving myself enough to do the work it takes to prepare foods raw. It does take loving care and work to learn and stick with this new way of eating. Even when it tastes good, and makes me feel good, instead I get caught up in work and taking care of other people and put this style of food prep on a lower priority, as I sadly do to myself in other aspects of my life, too. But, at least when I “fall off the wagon”, I dust myself off more and more quickly and get back on!

My biggest challenge currently is having the temptation of cooked food in the house as I am preparing food for my husband and eight children!

Hello! I’ve been following for a couple of years. I see preparation (days in advance) being my challenge. Always something I’m working on so we can have more healthy foods available for my family.

My biggest challenge with eating raw is I really enjoy the umami flavor you get from roasting vegetables, or the crunch from toasted nuts. I eat primarily a vegetarian diet, but sometimes you want a warm bowl of soup on a cold day.

My biggest raw challenge are those days when I just can’t look at another salad, lol! Thank goodness for raw ice cream and energy bites!

My biggest challenge with raw food is eating too many nuts.
