I’ve been in love with raw food for the last 10 years and purchased over 17 books about “un-cooking” and preparing raw plates. My challenge is my hubby who has a hard time adjusting to 100% raw.

However he started to become a little more flexible lately and loves my raw desserts; He also makes great salads now.
So, slowly but surely we are eating about 30-40% raw, Yeeee!
Rawmazing is now my favorite site on cooking. Please keep delighting us with your wonders.

My biggest challenge is consistency and emotional eating. I get stressed and can’t hide my feelings behind raw food. Enter the big-time cravings for numbing food and off I go… on and off the wagon for years, but I keep at it and work on finding healthy ways to deal with life!

My biggest challenge is how to start truly eating raw and incorporating this concept into our family. We eat a lot of whole foods and avoid processed foods but I’m not sure where to begin. It seems as there is some investment to start dehydrator, blenders, etc as well as the purchase of new types of grains and spices to stock up the pantry. We are taking baby steps but hope to get there over time. Thanks and great site!

My biggest challenge outside of getting started has been finding it in our budget to replace the things we already needed as all natural vegan-vegetarians, but can’t get around not using as raw foodists. Such as blenders or food processors. We had a blender that broke, but I had a mini chopper that did the trick just took a little longer because it was a smaller container to work with when making my sons baby foods and doing different things for our dinners. So the bullet would be a great tool to help continue on our road to raw food.

My biggest challenge with raw is with storing the dehydrated food that I make. They start to get soggy quickly. Either I have to eat evrything at once- with kale chips no problem. I would like some advice on maintaining freshness of dehydrated foods, for the things that can’t be frozen. It is so much work to prepare, I would like to have some of the dehydrated food last a while!

My biggest challenge with raw food is late nights at work – everyone usually orders pizza or pasta dinners and I’ve run out of my food supply!
