My biggest challenge is having the equipment to make the recipes.

My biggest challenge in eating raw is having the rest of my household not. I do great during the day and then the dinner challenge every evening is killer. I end up making two different meals and takes so much time. But even when I slip I get right back up again. 🙂

My biggest challenge is time, I’m fine with salads, but anything extra, or extra special that takes more prep time creates more planning….really its me and time management, now I’ve written it down !!!! so my other challenge is warming foods for cold weather, apart from soups.

My biggest challenge with raw food right now is that I’m the only one in my household that eats this way, and I really don’t enjoy having to prepare two or three separate meals at a time. Traveling and staying raw/vegan is also always a challenge, so I would love one of these little gems. Thanks for doing this giveaway…good luck to everyone! 🙂

My biggest challenge is the limited selection of available fruits and vegetables during the winter time here up north and living in a rual setting on top of it. Daytime temperatures usually don’t rise above freezing for 3-4 months. I stuff a weeks worth of produce in coolers and hope that I can keep the inside temperature of the car above freezing on the way home. Some weeks getting the groceries from the store to the car, only a short distance, without wilting tender greens is impossible…….
Thanks for your inspiration.

My biggest challenge is my old pokey blender. It won’t blend greens which I’d love to do.
Trying to heal a bunch of serious health issues. I know more green smoothies would be beneficial.
In grateful appreciation for all you do and are.
Happy week-end Susan 🙂
Blessings
Liliane

I want to make my own dressing when I go out to dinner with friends. I can put it in a jar and take it out when they serve the salad to me. I would love to get the Nutri Bullet to make the dressing. That would make my day!!!

Wowee, This would be wonderful!!!!
My greatest challenge with raw food is meal planning, in order to have food ready ahead of time when hunger hits 🙂
Have a fun weekend and Labor Day! 🙂
