My biggest challenge is handling starch cravings. I think if I buy a dehydrator I might be able to remedy this by incorporating more savory foods. Sometimes I just want bread!

My biggest challenge in my new great adventure of that past 60 days in eating 100% raw is in getting the time to prepare interesting and different foods. Also there is so much to learn! Loving it!
This “Bullet” certainly would come in handy to say the least!

I follow a high raw diet. When I want to detox 100% raw is the diet I choose. My biggest challenge is cooking for others in my home who follow a different meal plan.

My biggest challenge to a Raw Food diet ~ is just being new to the raw food way of eating and learning new ways to prepare! A NutriBullet would be a great addition! 😉

My biggest challenge? I forget to eat! I know I need to eat. I forget to eat. That is not good for a raw foodist – we need to eat as much as everyone else needs to eat. In my case, I will pack up food to eat, but I forget to eat it. For other people, if they forget to eat, they might eat wrong things when they feel hungry. I usually only remember to eat in the morning, or in the middle of the day. If I miss one of those, I might go until the next day, which is not good.
When I had a blender (it died), I was pretty good about making smoothies in the morning, which I could carry with me, and drink during the day. It would be nice to have a high-powered blender to make smoothies again.

My biggest challenge is not owning a dehydrator to make those amazing desserts on Rawmazing website.

I have a real challenge finding really raw nuts and seeds. Markets are just starting to get up to speed with raw foods

There is something special about raw food that gets me really pumped and excited. But, no matter how much I love the rawesome diet that I possess…there is always one thing that consistently challenges me. Daily, I am reminded that I live in a world that doesn’t understand the way I eat. Not only do most people not understand, they also don’t seem to care about their own personal health, and to me, that is one of the most devastating things about our society. My hope is that one day, people will realize the importance of raw, organic, and natural ingredients and they will embrace them in the way I try to. National and worldwide health is always a challenge, but it’s one that can be solved by simply understanding what is and isn’t good for us! Thank you for being a part of the solution.

Biggest challenge is two-fold: I tend to overbuy at the farmer’s market, which is easy enough to do with all the fresh vegetables and fruits being available right now, but I live alone. Doing something with all the produce before it goes bad is definitely challenging (and then finding room in my freezer for compost from all the leftover scrapped bits!).
