My biggest challenge is making sure I get enough protein. I love the diet but find it a challenge keeping my weight up!

My biggest challenge with eating raw is consistency and eating my recipes before they spoil.
I think that I’m going to invest in a vacuum sealer but I have to find the best one for my needs.
Then there’s the confidence factor of knowing that what I prepare will taste as well as my cooked food recipes.

Puhe… the biggest challenge to be raw.. well.. life is full of challenges, isn´t it?! every day we are challenged by something, big or small.. but being in the moment kind of blows this challenges away.. in a way.. because then whe don´t get the chance to over think and overdo and yes, think! in the moment we follow our guts! ..the core.. the heart.. so the biggest challenge I would say, no matter if we are talking raw or just life.., that´s being in the now.. now..
but of course when I start thinking there are lots of challenges on being raw.. like traveling! It tend to make that so complicated! Traveling with the whole house like a snail..
and choosing from all these yummy recipes.. uhe.. that´s tricky … sometimes it would be nice if you could just eat those pictures! or at least taste them so you could find out what to make..
but challenges are always an opportunity.. so let´s just face them!
love Olof

My biggest challenge with raw food is green smoothies – I tried a few in my blender and they were a bit too textured, so I don’t do them and would so love to. I need a high speed blender!

Having my family accept my way of eating, I try to show them I’m nourishing my body and getting enough nutrtion but they believe I always need (meat cheese etc) The rest is just one big delcious adventure

My biggest challenge with raw food is that it goes bad quickly. I live one and tend to buy too much at a time and alt of it goes to waste 🙁

My biggest challenges of eating raw is I’m the only one in a household eating raw, so it’s hard to make 2 meals and I tend to overbuy thinking I will get to juice or make a smoothie everyday and I don’t get to and it goes bad. 🙁

Hi!
I have just got into the raw lifestyle and my biggest challenge is “non-raw” society which makes things harder.
Thank you!

I love being raw but constanly struggle with the cost of fresh food, nuts, seeds and superfoods.
The UK seems totally geared up for a cheapy, junk food lifestyle (lots of 4 choc bars for a £1) but no decent offers on healthy living:((( Do the people in charge not want us to get healthy???
Good luck everyone!!!!
