My biggest challenge is that I crave warm/hot foods. In the summer, that’s fine. But in the winter, it’s harder.

The biggest challenge I find, with maintaining the raw lifestyle, is the winter. Finding quality produce to sustain the lifestyle becomes more difficult when the seasons shift.

Time is always a challenge for me. I have a busy life (who doesn’t?!) and finding the time every week to prepare food is a struggle.

My biggest challenge is eating enough vegetables and fruit throughout each day. I used to have a juicer until my sister broke it and I haven’t replaced it since. The juicer was an easier method to get in more of my raw foods at once and take it on the go.

my biggest challenge to eating raw is being consistent in eating raw & having a good raw breakfast.

I find it challenging on nights when I don’t feel like “cooking” to find restaurants where I can get really good raw dishes.

My biggest raw challenge is finding good fresh food when traveling overseas. I don’t eat in the restaurants. I find the local market, buy fresh produce, wash it well in water I’ve treated, and eat a mono raw diet on these trips. Having a Nutribullet to carry with me would solve some problems and allow more variety.

My biggest challenge is the packing of food before I leave to go show my cutting horses. I have a vita mixer, that is sometimes just too much to pack around and the smaller bullet would help out a lot. The mixing of a smoothie in the a.m. before I start preparing to show could cut down on time spent preparing food for me. Love your sight!

Often the recipes are a bit too large for one person but they won’t process in a blender or food processer if cut down. Then I’m left with trying to figure out how to store this raw recipe that can go bad faster than I will eat it! I’ve tried freezing left over recipes to see how it goes – tips from readers would be appreciated! 🙂
